How to implement the loop closing from now on?
This is more for people who was there before this challenge. The open loop process is very interesting to me, and i wish to recreate it again, because my list of open loops is so long. But i cannot take 5 days for every open loop. As much as the process is logic and helpfull it is also, kind of long. Identify, Break it down, visualize, remove barrior: on day 1 and then after your morning routine on day 2 you do it... ? Has anyone already struggling with all the open loops, been able to implement this it in their daily life

@Sammy Boyster 1๏ธโƒฃ I like the suggestion or method to ACTUALLY BREAK down each task in to the smallest steps. As much as my mind says to do this -hence break down tasks in to each step for some so called BIG tasks ( as in personal to do list and not work tasks ) Iโ€™ve never really thought about breaking down a task for tasks which I just didnโ€™t think to consider would make it less challenging to complete if break down each task and ACTUALLY write down the individual steps. 2๏ธโƒฃ I need to do this now - hence - almost like a project management approach to My personal to-do list tasks ( of which Iโ€™m absolutely kind of paralysed by as never start or complete the absolute key tasks - open loop for years ; for example - 1- declutter of items in garage - ( prob a 6 hour task -never started it for 3 years ) and 2- Declutter of ARCHIVED files and books ; and 3- Finally get the boards ( shelves ) for the bedroom wall book shelves ( stuck on this for 3 years and in December I actually managed to do the first key part which was to call a joiner to put on the actual wall rails; and once I have put the boards in place this will THEN mean I can place approx 100 books on them - and hence MASSIVELY de clutter my bedroom. 3๏ธโƒฃ And then there are so so so many key tasks I have to do. So let me see hopefully (this week ) 4๏ธโƒฃ if I can break down all my other key tasks in to incremental tasks AND writing it down as I always need to work of a written record in order to see it and work through it systematically- and then a written breakdown of all TASKS will have (in my thinking) created my so-called practical INFRASTRUCTURE approach to doing the tasks. 5๏ธโƒฃ Some of my declutter tasks have been sat here for 7 years. But I do every approx 4 years do a massive declutter BINGE over 10 hours non stop at weekend and near enough complete it. Once I do start I then donโ€™t stop (good) as momentum creates momentum. 6๏ธโƒฃ So many key key tasks I NEEEED to have done since approx 2022 BUT NOT done it and will improve my actual life productivity- which is get two new smart phones because mine is so so so slow - the iOS is no longer supported ( iPhone 6s and iPhone 7) ; and because the devices are so so so poorly performing it absolutely slows down life productivity because it means I canโ€™t really perform key admin based tasks on iPhone.
HOW to Download Reports ?
Dear all - I completed my ADHD assessments a few days ago. I understand the reports are available without time limit in the online Skool acocunt. However, please advise if each ADHD report can be downloaded as word or PDF file to laptop because I have simply performed COPY Text and Paste text in to note pad on my laptop. The function to download with one click would be a seamless way rather than using manual copy and paste. Any suggestions please. Thanks ๐Ÿ™ Nav

MY ADHD SNAPSHOT
Dear Community- below is a copy and paste from the AI Tool ( as per the Five day free course session and access to AI). I am simply posting here voluntarily as per the suggestion by the AI report. Please see below the hashed lines for the ADHD SNAPSHOT by the AI tool - thanks =================================================== Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something wild: a stranger spotted my ADHD in 10 minutes a decade ago, and I've been quietly avoiding the question ever since. Also just saw that the "1000 browser tabs" in my head aren't a focus problem - they're a hierarchy problem. Everything feels equally urgent. That reframe alone was worth it. ==========================================

Challenge deadline extended + Blueprint access update
Hey Harmony fam! I'm really doing my best to catch up on all messages. This weekend I've blocked out a full day to go through the final open messages and then i'm fully on track again. Thanks for your patience! Now a couple of updates. 1) Challenge extension I originally said the challenge would close today, but because so many of you reached out saying you still want to finish, we've decided to keep it open until Sunday midnight end of day. If you're still working through it, you've got a bit more time. Use it. 2) Blueprint access Some of you have finished the challenge but haven't received the Blueprint invite yet. Here's what's happening: once a day, I unlock access for everyone who has completed the challenge. The catch is that your Skool email and your Harmony AI email might be different, which means I can't always make the connection automatically. Here's how to fix it so I can get you in: 1. Open Harmony AI https://app.adhdharmony.com/ 2. Go to edit profile (see the screenshots below) 3. Add your Skool email there 4. Make sure your challenge is fully finished Once both are done, you'll be picked up on the next daily unlock and get your access. If you've already finished and your emails happened to match, you should already have your invite waiting. If not, just add the Skool email in Harmony AI and you'll be in soon. 3) Final spots Last thing. There are only 10 spots left in this cohort. If you've been on the fence, this is your final chance to join us: https://go.adhdharmony.com/ With love, ๐Ÿ’› Jim

@Sam Collins Hi all - can someone please explain what the BLUEPRINT is ? i have completed the FIVE day challenge tasks ans assessments - so is BLUE PRINT related to this ? i will check email on Monday afternoon because i only completed the assessment on Sunday evening.
Advise of Deadline for the TASKS ??
Dear all lovely people - i have attended online the 6 day course - sessions with Jim and other people. As yet I have not competed the daily tasks and not competed the section that produced the AI Report. Please advise deadline - if there is one - to complete the tasks in order to receive the AI Report. Thanks - Nav - England. All the best all.

@Nik Williams Hi - thanks for this suggestion because i did think of this and in the end my ADHD brain said JUST TYPE your answers because i wanted a kind of seamless way of doing it BUT your suggestion would have actually been better because the FLOW from typing is not the same as the real FLOW from VOICE DICTATION on iphone. But i will try a RE DO as i spent two hours on the assessments due to my lengthy typing of answers and i do feel i could have gone much deeper IF i had done as voice dictation. Ultimately I need to upgrade my iphone - but ADHD brain keeps on delaying for past 4 years lol . But i will get there once i use the methods directed to help me with my so called TO DO LIST tasks.
