Missed my intro post! Hey!
Hey! Been in the community for a around a week now. I put to action the night time planning for the next day, and my days have been super productive business wise! My goals moving forward is to lose 10kg in the next 12 weeks. I have a week left of orthodox Easter fasting, which has reset my body to simple, clean foods. After next week is done, time for strict calorie tracking and weekly accountability here 💪

Hump day doesn’t mean slow down, it’s just another chance to get after it. Stop treating Monday like the start and Friday like the finish, every single day is a rep that builds the result. Your brain will try to tell you you’re tired midweek, that’s just old programming, not reality. The guys who get in shape are the ones who show up anyway.
