It's small progress but I'm feeling well proud of myself today! Stuck to my new routine and went to the gym again this morning despite awful sleep and a very cold day, found a friend to go with and we did a class (my first EVER). Now I know the full layout of my gym, have met the PTs and staff and am comfortable to approach them for help and advice (I have never been brave enough to even look up from my knees before) and I stayed on long enough after my friend left to discover what time of the morning is least busy and therefore most comfortable for my anxiety to handle, yay! So grateful to this group for the push 🙏🏿✨️
