Missed my intro post! Hey!
Hey! Been in the community for a around a week now. I put to action the night time planning for the next day, and my days have been super productive business wise! My goals moving forward is to lose 10kg in the next 12 weeks. I have a week left of orthodox Easter fasting, which has reset my body to simple, clean foods. After next week is done, time for strict calorie tracking and weekly accountability here 💪
Are You Closing Loops For The Day?
Most people don’t have a discipline problem… they have an open loop problem. Your brain stays busy because nothing is finished. Here’s the truth: If you don’t close the day properly, you carry mental clutter into tomorrow. Post: Close your loops before the day ends. 🔁 Unfinished tasks don’t just sit there… they drain your focus, your energy, and your confidence. Joined yesterday, but listened to nearly half the videos. Went and got a whiteboard and planned out my day last night. Hit every single action item I had for today. Even though the order wasn't the same as I planned, since things came up, got it all done either way! Setting my top 3 for tomorrow.
