Conquering hard weeks
Morning Skool gang ☀️ Had a bit of a tricky week last week, home life threw me a lot of chaos and emotional curve balls, finished my last week at my job and it was draining AF. BUT I prayed through it all and didn't abandon myself or my fitness. Used it to keep me going and it helped me work through everything. Today I start my new job in a brand new sector of work I have zero experience in (scared!) and I'm starting it with a beautiful 6am gym sesh with my friend, and a fresh new week of more learned lessons and growth and stronger commitment to myself. Hope everyone is living great and gaining all their gains! Big love 🫶🏾💛
Get The Most Out Of This Community
Hey legends 👊 Quick reality check… When I first joined communities like this, I did it completely wrong. I’d scroll, read a few posts, stay quiet, take no action… then blame the group and move on. Truth is — it wasn’t the community. It was me. Everything changed when I started applying. This only works if you get involved. This is a safe space, so use it: - Lost a bit of weight? Post it. - Small win? Share it. - Struggling? Speak up. Those “small” wins stack into big results. That’s how momentum is built. If you haven’t already: - Jump into the pinned posts - Introduce yourself - Be clear on what you want - Post weekly updates - Ask questions when you’re stuck Then rinse and repeat. Simple… but most won’t do it. The community works when you do. And if you’re getting value — invite someone in. Let’s build this into something massive. Next stop: 200 members 🚀 Lesss go 🔥

If You Love Them, Tell the Truth
Most people think love is support, comfort, and keeping the peace. It’s not. That’s part of it—but if that’s all you bring, you’re doing the people around you a disservice. Because real love tells the truth. And the truth is… most people around you are capable of way more than what they’re currently doing. But instead of calling it out, we let things slide: - We watch our mates fall off track - We let bad habits build - We sugarcoat things so we don’t upset anyone That’s not love. That’s avoidance. If you actually care about someone, you don’t lie to protect their feelings—you tell the truth to build their life. That might look like: - Calling your mate out when they keep skipping training - Being honest when someone’s standards have dropped - Telling someone they’re playing small when you know they’ve got more in the tank Will it be uncomfortable? Yes.Will everyone like it? No. But this isn’t about being liked. It’s about being respected and actually making an impact. And let’s be real—before you start calling others out, it starts with YOU. Are you being honest with yourself?Or are you: - Cutting corners - Making excuses - Saying “I’ll start Monday” every week Because the standard you walk past is the standard you accept. In this community, we don’t just hype each other up—we hold each other to a higher level. So here’s what I want from you: - If you’ve had a win → post it - If you’re struggling → say it - If you see someone slipping → call them up (not out) - If you’ve been coasting → tighten it up No ego. No BS. Just growth. That’s how we build better bodies, better habits, and better people. Let’s get to work. 🔥
