Missed my intro post! Hey!
Hey! Been in the community for a around a week now. I put to action the night time planning for the next day, and my days have been super productive business wise!
My goals moving forward is to lose 10kg in the next 12 weeks. I have a week left of orthodox Easter fasting, which has reset my body to simple, clean foods. After next week is done, time for strict calorie tracking and weekly accountability here 💪
