Our Natalie
Natalie came to me as she was fed up of yo-yo results. Losing weight …. regaining weight. She reported that she couldn’t get past a certain weight or size. After consultation she decided to take VIP coaching with me for 2 months. In that time she has had obstacles arise, just like we all do. But with daily coaching, weekly calls and logging her food diary plus a non negotiable step goal and short workouts planned that fit her busy lifestyle - she has exceeded what she wanted to achieve. 10 cms gone across her body in just 7 weeks ✨ That’s great; but most importantly she has continued living her life, no restrictions on her social time whatsoever. Just being more mindful with food & as she says “PFF” all the way🥇 Over the past 7 weeks she certainly has ditched the diet and learned exactly how to balance it all across her daily habits🤩 She says “you’re worth every penny” How much weight loss or inch loss would make you feel confident & happy?

Absolutely worth every penny!!! I'm so happy, just following your advice, all those check ins and keeping me accountable. I couldn't have done it alone, but i haven't felt once I was dieiting. Healthier choices, mindful eating and increasing my steps, bring on the bikini 👙 🤣🤣

I ate out this lunch but chose harrisa chicken skewers, King prawns, guacamole with peppers and pickled onions. Some nachos.... Didn't eat all the nachos and guac as was full!!!
