Coming from back from inguinal hernia
I recently just got surgery for my hernia and the time I’m going to be clear I’m going to have 1 month left for the off season. How should I train to get better in 1 month

What can I do at public skates to help my skating because I usually just go there and skate for 50 minutes and I wanna know if there’s anything more that I can do?
