Public skates?
What can I do at public skates to help my skating because I usually just go there and skate for 50 minutes and I wanna know if there’s anything more that I can do?

I think hockey IQ and mindset development is a great idea because I know so many people who struggle with mindset and i think IQ is a fundamental for any good player

@Luke Croucher i’m mostly just trying to stay fresh but i don’t really know the answer… i’m signed up for a camp in june and the coach from a year up is letting me do his summer hockey. maybe some public skates here and there
Help for a tournament
My team has a tournament next week and we will be staying in a hotel and I was wondering if anyone has any foods or workouts that can keep me energetic on the ice? I’m definitely bringing smoothie ingredients and I love oatmeal so i’m bringing those things but I’m lost on everything else
