@Faiz Rasool Thanks jigar
Deep work before entertainment.Earn your distractions.
If you start your day with reels, games, or Netflix —you’re training your brain to avoid effort. Entertainment before work isn’t relaxation .it's escape. What works better:• Do your most important task first• Work in silence, no notifications• Give 60–90 minutes of full focus• Use entertainment only as a reward You don’t need to quit fun . You just need to earn it. Discipline is choosing long-term respectover short-term pleasure. Question: Do you use entertainment as a reward — or as an escape?

Problems of Freelancing and Their Solutions
1) Finding clients (difficult for newbies) Solutions: - Keep building a portfolio - Do networking and promote yourself there - Never stop the outreach process (kaam boht hai pakarne k lie) - Kuch clients se referrals lein 2) Managing time effectively Solution: - Use time management tools (50+) - Pomodoro technique - Prioritization 3) Job security Solution: This is just a myth. No job is ever secure. When you are competent, you will always have projects. - Clarify contracts (not that important, depends on the situation) - Diversify clients. Make sure you balance well between them - Keep upskilling. No income stream is sustainable without it 4) Handling multiple roles Challenge: Marketing, accounting, client management, and delivery altogether Solution: - Automation tools - Repetitive tasks could be outsourced - Project management tools like Monday.com, Notion, etc. 5) Irregular working hours Solution: - Set working & delivery hours/times - Work-life balance to avoid burnout - Tip: Submit the project when the client is awake to prevent delays 6) Isolation Solutions: - Co-working spaces - Online communities to share experiences with other freelancers - Plan social time 7) Difficult clients with unreasonable expectations Solution: - Clear each & everything. Document - Manage unreasonable demands, when to set boundaries, and when to obey - Exit strategy pehle se ho 8) Burnout Solution: - Delegate - Learn to say No 9) Inconsistent career growth Solution: - Upskill - Specialize in a niche, takay high-paying projects mil sakein - Mentorship
