Work on my athleticism (mobility + strength)by going gym x5/ week. (Fitness) Work: 1. Make a 4-hour deep work session. 2. Start posting on Instagram for 7 days to improve my communication. 3. Make a practice edit every day to improve my editing skills. Reminders: . No one can waste my time except me. . Small wins, win the seconds, win the hours. Don't overwhelm. Use the 2-min rule. . Day Start Section: 9:30 AM: Woke up and freshened myself up. 10:00 AM: Cleaned my desk and watched 1-2 shorts on YouTube. 10:15 AM: Started watching the Generation module. 12:30 PM: Had breakfast and a conversation with my mother. 1:30 PM: Left to pray Zuhr. 2:30 PM: Returned home and recited the Quran. 4:05 PM: Resumed watching the Lead Generation module 2. 5:45 PM: Left to pray Asr. 6:30 PM: Returned home and resumed watching the Generation module 2. 7:20 PM: Left to pray Maghrib. 8:30 PM: Returned home. 9:15 PM: Left to pray Isha. 10:30 PM: Returned home and had dinner with my family. 11:30 PM: Returned to my desk, managed my sheets for notes, and wrote my daily journal in my notebook. 12:37 AM: Uploaded the journal in the community.
