🎄💪 5000 Push Ups Before Christmas 💪🎄
Let’s do something fun together. Goal: 5,000 push-ups as a TEAM before Christmas. That’s it. No pressure. Just action. The math: 5,000 push-ups ÷ 16 days ≈ 312 push-ups per day as a group If 15 people do 20 push-ups a day, we hit the goal easily. Rules: • Full push-ups count as 1 • Knee push-ups count as 2 = 1 full rep • Do them anytime during the day • You can split them into as many sets as you want ➡️ Post your reps HERE so we can track it and celebrate 📹 Video is optimal as we are going by the honor system This is not about being perfect. It’s about showing up, moving your body, and stacking wins together. If you’re in, comment your first PUSH UP NUMBERS and see what we can hit on Day #1 💪

✅ this one I can do!! I can do explorer level, I did one hold with my legs at a right angle, and a second hold with them slightly higher. Not managing to get straight legs on that one, time to work on my mobility...

Today’s skill is the Pseudo Planche Lean — how far can you lean with control? This is about position + confidence, not reps. Pick your level: ✅ Beginner: Hands under shoulders, gentle forward lean 🔄 Explorer: Shoulders well past wrists, short controlled holds 🔥 Expert: Max safe lean with clean form (film your angle!) ➡️ Elbows locked, scapula protracted, body tight. ⏱ 2–5 minutes is enough. ✅ gave this one a good go, managed to get a bit of a forward lean! Definitely feeling it more in the wrists for this one, might need to start adding wrist exercises in to prepare as mine are quite weak.

Today’s skill is Crow Pose — balance, confidence, and learning to trust your hands. This is about weight shift, not strength. Pick your level: ✅ Beginner: Crow setup with feet on the ground (try lifting one foot at a time) 🔄 Explorer: Crow pose (both feet lifted) 🔥 Expert: Crow → Headstand or Crow → Handstand attempts ➡️ Take your time setting up. Falling forward onto your hands is part of the skill. ⏱ 3–5 minutes is plenty. Quit while it feels curious, not stressful. 🎥 Videos encouraged! First floats = huge wins.

✅ Catching up. I managed a few seconds of crow pose, I find it quite uncomfortable because I have a metal plate in my arm so the pressure from my knees hurts a bit I couldn't remember the alternative pose I found that helped... I'll search and try again because I used to love this exercise!

@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert these are great examples, thanks for taking the time to share Brandon! I actually gave one more attempt and got 10 seconds! Which was the longest out of my attempts today. I'm going to keep trying because I always found this so fun and it helps build my wrist strength which they are a bit weak, in preparation for one day handstands!

We’re spending two days on the Elbow Lever — this one deserves the attention. It’s not about lifting your legs. It’s about body position, balance, and trust. Remember to lean forward. Pick your level: - ✅ Beginner: Elbow lever setup with feet on the floor - 🔄 Explorer: Tucked elbow lever or leverage on something higher - 🔥 Expert: Elbow lever with legs together ➡️ Focus on elbow placement and leaning forward slowly. ⏱ 3–5 minutes each day is plenty. You can repeat the same level or progress on Day 9. 🎥 Videos encouraged! Even setup attempts count. Post a ✅ or clip to complete Days 8 & 9 ❄️🔥

Wow I don't even know where to start on this one... I just cannot get the position of my elbows on my hips for the starting position with legs on the floor. It's that feeling again of my body feeling the wrong proportions 😂 Are there any steps even before this position that might help?
