Pick your level:
✅ Beginner: Hands under shoulders, gentle forward lean
🔄 Explorer: Shoulders well past wrists, short controlled holds
🔥 Expert: Max safe lean with clean form (film your angle!)
➡️ Elbows locked, scapula protracted, body tight.
⏱ 2–5 minutes is enough. One or two quality attempts beats grinding.
