High vibes
How is everyones week / month / year going so far? Im working on my vibration. Ive got a lot going on with relaunching my coaching business, learning to drive and my job in advertising, social life, creating content, working out, kick boxing, travel etc (lifeing). Its a juggling of energy and i noticed towards the end of last week i was struggling to keep my vibration up, and my mind was taking over a bit. Ive refocused on my practices of meditation, gratitude and checking in with body throughout the day, taking rest when needed, and eating more nourishing foods. So far its working well. If you have a routine thats great, but don't feel like you cant adjust, change something, refocus if its not working for you any more or you feel something slipping. Keep listening to your body, your energy levels and adjust accordingly. Tx

@Tina Woods very well said. I proper love your knowledge on this subject. Forever grateful 🙏🏽 at the end of the day it’s about the children being connected mind-body-soul. Society disconnected us but we have a chance to teach the opposite. For some of us it’s very deep and personal. ☺️💫 save the children. 🥰

10 mins Qi Gong - you wont regret it
This morning Im just getting back into routine after a week of being in Barcelona, then a week sick, then a week travelling around in Scotland. Whilst i still did meditation, gratitude and affirmations absolutely no exercise or yoga was done as i had no time, or space and my body has been screaming out for it. This morning im starting gently, 20 mins yoga with Charlie and then this lovely 10 mins to get me flowy, grounded and balanced. 10 mins, no space needed, quick time, nice and easy but the shift is great. I been doing fragrant Qigong for thirty days straight twice a day. I love moving energy so much it feels so natural. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏽💫

Hey loves, I hope you have all been well, what have I missed? Im back from Barcelona, I went out for dinner with a friend last night and immediately caught a bad head cold so im laid up in bed with my cat listening to healing frequency music. First cold of the season and its a full on one. May it pass quickly. I hope you're all looking after yourselves, following your dreams and finding some bliss in your days. Tx
