*Meals* Pre-Breakfast: 1 glass water Breakfast: 1 fried egg+2 slices of bread+1 cup tea without sugar Water intake: 1 litre before lunch Lunch: zucchini noodles Dinner: white lobia + 1 roti Total water intake: 1.5 litre *Workout* 10 minutes brisk walk Steps: 4581 As the steps are increasing I get to do a lot of istighfaar ❤
