I wish i could do it this long, well done
Planche progress
Although I don’t have video probably will record it later on I finally did it. I have been training planche for four months now and I unlocked the perfect tuck planche now for 10+ seconds so I decided to start training adv tuck and let me tell ya it was hard it’s very hard. But today after like one or two weeks of training for adv tuck I got a one leg tuck and other leg adv tuck with good form for 2-3 seconds I know it’s not much but we’ll it’s a start. Any advice will be accepted.

🔑 The Key to Calisthenics
A quick background about me: I started going to the gym at 16, but I never really took it seriously. Honestly, it was more about being able to say “I go to the gym” rather than truly enjoying it. I even went through a so-called “bulking phase” with no real purpose. Eventually, I stopped going altogether because I didn’t have any real passion for it. Last year, I decided to try calisthenics — and it turned out to be the best decision I’ve ever made. Since then, it’s been an amazing journey. I’ve been constantly learning, and I’ve seen massive improvements not only physically, but mentally as well. If there’s one piece of advice I can give it's this: Consistency is 🔑

Nice man, I wish you good progress
Training plan
So I just wanted to ask which is better to have a full body training on a day like both pull and push exercises or like push day ,pull day and so on. I want to start doing some beginner skills and I want to train them in the beginning of the training like example a back lever in the beginning of a pull day or an elbow lever in the beginning of a push day
