Why did you guys start training?
I think everyone has a story. Mine was that I wanted to be more confident and have more defined arms haha. How about y'all boys? What got you into training? And also a side questions, do you guys also teach other how to work out? Like some sort of coaching?

I got into because it looked cool, the main problem is consistency, but I am working on it.
Workout plan
I was wanting to do a full body strength training exercise plan for three days a week. I have tried setting one up but have no idea what I am doing. Any help is greatly appreciated. I don’t know what rep or set range I should have. 1 Pull up Squat Push up 2 Rows Dips Squats 3 Pull-ups Pike push-up Squats This is what I have so far
