Whats up everybody! You can call me Margo or Mars. I am very excited for this group esp because Hannah is also a hypnotherapist & familiar with somatic healing - can't wait to learn, heal and grow. I'm from Philly but currently in the DMV.

Introduction
Hey Yall! I’m Nayshondra! I’m from Columbia, SC where I currently reside, but home for me is back in Atlanta, GA where my heart is. I’m a Certified Professional Coach, Author, and Podcast host but outside of my titles and what I do, I am a heart-led, highly sensitive, table-flipper who is all about healing out loud and guiding others to do the same. Hannah is one of my besties 🫶🏽 and I’m so happy and proud of her and to be here with ya’ll! I am looking forward to getting to know everyone better. I’m working on my resistance to being seen. I love to help other people feel seen, but for myself, I like to “hide in plain sight.” If you catch me, you catch me, but I don’t make it that easy for me to be found. I’m working to overcome this currently.

Welcome 💛 I got you. That is one of the things I struggle with as well. I’m excited for you.
Locking in with Myself!
So, today October 26, 2025 I am making the conscious decision to stop smoking. I started smoking in 2017 after being diagnosed with, depression, PTSD, and severe anxiety and being prescribed high doses of medications. After trying the meds and not liking the effects I decided I to self medicate. But now I’m in this phase of my journey where I feel, self medicating is no longer effective for me. Here I go: Day 1.

Wellness Wednesday - 10/18
Hey loves, it’s Wellness Wednesday, time for your midweek check-in and some real reflection. Today, we’re getting into toxic love + self-worth — not from a place of blame, but awareness. Because sometimes, the way we love others quietly reveals how deeply we love (or neglect) ourselves. ✨ Journal / Reflection Prompts: 1. Think about why you love this person. — Are those reasons based on who they are right now… or who they used to be? — Are you in love with their potential, their patterns, or their presence? 2. If our relationships mirror our beliefs, what might this connection be showing you about what you think you deserve? — Are you accepting crumbs while saying you want the whole meal? — Where did you first learn that love meant pain, waiting, or proving yourself? 3. If you could start over today — knowing what you know now — would you still choose them? — And if your answer is “no,” what stops you from choosing yourself now? This one might sting a little, but sit with it. Because clarity is what sets you free

Eww….this one is really hard for me. I find myself in an emotional overload…I want to scream in anger, cry in pain and yet (quite confusing) rest because I know I’m safe with him from the outside world. I can’t tell him this because he will think I’m “starting a fight” or “ breaking him down because I don’t have faith in him”. I’m so stuck in this one. Shut down is more exact. Clarity in my mind is my desire
Feel Good Fridays — Celebrate, Reflect, Receive
we made it to Friday! 🙌🏽 This space is for you. For us. For celebration, gratitude, and joy. Every Friday, I want to see wins filling this feed — big or small. You landed a new client? Post it. You didn’t cry at something that used to break you? Post it. You got out of bed and chose peace today? POST. IT. Let’s flood this space with energy that reminds us: healing works. Feel Good Fridays are all about shifting your focus — from what’s wrong to what’s growing. Because gratitude is the reprogramming. When you choose to celebrate, you’re telling your subconscious: ✨ “This is my new normal.” ✨ “This is where my energy belongs.” So every Friday, share something that felt like a win this week: 💫 How did you grow? 💫 What did you overcome or notice about yourself? 💫 What are you grateful for right now — even if it’s small? And remember — even the hard moments count. Sometimes the win is realizing that what looked like loss was really redirection. Everything is working for your favor — always. I’ll be highlighting some of your wins in shoutouts because your story inspires someone else’s breakthrough. So go ahead, fam — drop your wins, your gratitude, your growth. Let’s end the week celebrating how far we’ve come and how good it feels to feel good. 💛
