Hey loves, it’s Wellness Wednesday, time for your midweek check-in and some real reflection. Today, we’re getting into toxic love + self-worth — not from a place of blame, but awareness. Because sometimes, the way we love others quietly reveals how deeply we love (or neglect) ourselves. ✨ Journal / Reflection Prompts: 1. Think about why you love this person. — Are those reasons based on who they are right now… or who they used to be? — Are you in love with their potential, their patterns, or their presence? 2. If our relationships mirror our beliefs, what might this connection be showing you about what you think you deserve? — Are you accepting crumbs while saying you want the whole meal? — Where did you first learn that love meant pain, waiting, or proving yourself? 3. If you could start over today — knowing what you know now — would you still choose them? — And if your answer is “no,” what stops you from choosing yourself now? This one might sting a little, but sit with it. Because clarity is what sets you free
