MODULE 2 IS LIVE - Time to Get Unstuck

Has anyone started working through the "Heal The Cycle" workbook? I worked through exercise one today and I already feel like I am understanding myself better. I actually cried when reading out loud the new declration/agreement I wrote for myself. ❤️‍🩹

Hello everyone my name is Sharmaine Miranda ,I'm here because I don't want to be in the place I'm in forever .I want more out of life .I'm a 42 year old widow with 6 kids and 7 grandkids I lost my husband in 2020 to pancreatic and liver cancer and have been making bad decisions ever since I been in 2 toxic relationships and have no peace really .

Hello everybody, I'm Jess!!!!!I just recently learned about this from tiktok and I'm so grateful!!I recently went to therapy was just diagnosed with complex PTSD I learned a lot but didn't really help and instead of getting meds I started researching natural ways and it brought me here!!!!!I'm trying to heal from all kinds of abuse starting at age 4 I think lol well thank you all for having me and being apart of my journey!!!!
