Introduction
Hey Yall! I’m Nayshondra! I’m from Columbia, SC where I currently reside, but home for me is back in Atlanta, GA where my heart is. I’m a Certified Professional Coach, Author, and Podcast host but outside of my titles and what I do, I am a heart-led, highly sensitive, table-flipper who is all about healing out loud and guiding others to do the same. Hannah is one of my besties 🫶🏽 and I’m so happy and proud of her and to be here with ya’ll! I am looking forward to getting to know everyone better.
I’m working on my resistance to being seen. I love to help other people feel seen, but for myself, I like to “hide in plain sight.” If you catch me, you catch me, but I don’t make it that easy for me to be found. I’m working to overcome this currently.
