Wellness Wednesday 11-19
Hey loves, it’s Wellness Wednesday, so let’s slow down and be real with ourselves for a moment. Today we’re looking at something most of us struggle with quietly: self-sabotage, the small ways we block the very things we’re praying for. ✨ Shadow Work Prompt: 1. What’s one thing you say you want — but your actions haven’t been matching? 2. If you sit underneath the behavior, what fear is actually running the show? 3. Who would you become if you stopped letting that fear make your decisions? Affirmation / Future Pacing: “Every day I’m taking actions that align with the life I’m building.” Let it land. Let it guide you today.
Wellness Wednesdays — Midweek Reset + Shadow Work
Halfway through... take a breath. Wellness Wednesday is our collective pause. It’s where we check in, reflect, and realign — mind, body, and spirit. By Wednesday, life catches up, Energy gets messy, intentions slip, and sometimes our nervous system is out here throwing side-eyes. But this is your moment to slow down and come home to yourself. Ask yourself: ✨ What’s one thing I’ve done this week to regulate my energy or emotions? ✨ What’s one thing I still need to pour love into before Friday? Every Wednesday, I’ll drop a reflection or shadow work prompt, something that might make you pause, squirm, or reflect a little deeper. That’s good. That’s growth. When you read the question, notice what happens in your body: Do you tighten? Pull away? Feel resistance? That’s your signal. That’s where your next layer of healing lives. This space isn’t about perfection — it’s about presence. You don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to be honest with yourself. So take a deep breath, check in, and remember: Healing isn’t a sprint. It’s a rhythm — and Wednesday is your reminder to stay in flow.
Wellness Wednesday - 10/18
Hey loves, it’s Wellness Wednesday, time for your midweek check-in and some real reflection. Today, we’re getting into toxic love + self-worth — not from a place of blame, but awareness. Because sometimes, the way we love others quietly reveals how deeply we love (or neglect) ourselves. ✨ Journal / Reflection Prompts: 1. Think about why you love this person. — Are those reasons based on who they are right now… or who they used to be? — Are you in love with their potential, their patterns, or their presence? 2. If our relationships mirror our beliefs, what might this connection be showing you about what you think you deserve? — Are you accepting crumbs while saying you want the whole meal? — Where did you first learn that love meant pain, waiting, or proving yourself? 3. If you could start over today — knowing what you know now — would you still choose them? — And if your answer is “no,” what stops you from choosing yourself now? This one might sting a little, but sit with it. Because clarity is what sets you free
Wellness Wednesday: Mid-Week Check-In & Shadow Prompt
Hey loves, it’s Wellness Wednesday, your time to pause in the middle of the week. Let’s take a deep breath, check in with ourselves, and get honest. This space isn’t about surface-level positivity — it’s about getting to the root so we can heal. ✨ Journal / Reflection Prompts: (You can answer all or whichever one pulls at you most — but don’t stop where it feels “comfortable.” Go deeper.) The Fear of Being Seen 1. When was the last time you held yourself back because you were afraid of being fully seen? 2. What part of you are you still trying to hide — and who taught you that it wasn’t safe to show that part? 3. What would it look like to let that part of you exist freely, without shame?
