So 7 days later - loving life! Feel so much better in every way. Found out a lot about my anxieties with the gym. Firstly that I was anxious about being watched - turns out I love it and I'm quite full of myself, and stare at other people a LOT! oops 🙃 Trained hard - too hard! - did myself an injury which put me out of action for a few days and this really bummed me out. But I discovered the importance of rest and recovery, found my appetite and a proper training regime! I just have to remember to train to my current strength and not pretend I am Dwayne Johnson no matter how excited I am 🙏🏿 Although I have gained a whole centimetre of muscle around my thighs! Back at it today! 6 month regime on the go, sunshine and early mornings, blessed and proud ☀️💛
