Life Update!
Hey guys just a little life update since joining the community a week ago. Since joining I’ve focused on making a few changes to my day to day based on Fil’s classroom that have made great improvements to my productivity and accountability; - Waking up at 5:30 every day - Only setting one non-snooze alarm to get up - Not touching social media in the gym - Making ‘rest days’ still active by taking my dogs for a long walk Overall, feeling really great, much more energised and accountable when I’m putting in work, and more productive each day. Looking forward to what the next week will bring! 👊🏻

Been a while since I posted, Checked my BCA results today, my score improved. Body fat % also reduced down from 22.5 to sub 19%. Thanks for the consistent motivation and encouragement. More to come. Lesssgooo 💪😇

The ups and downs!
Feeling great lately! Waking up early and planning out my days. Mentioned after orthodox Easter getting start with my weight loss journey. On Monday, prepped all my meals for the week and we are locked in! Recently Filip said on Instagram, that if you do the daily habits that create success, when the bad times come, you will always be able to get wins daily. Loved that reframe! Cheers, will update again soon!
First run
Did my first run today, it wasn’t easy and I have a lot to work on like breathing control but, I will keep showing up and working towards my goals. PS. Posting my wins/areas that need work/anything about myself is new and doesn’t feel natural but seeing others post in here and keeping themselves accountable has helped me too as well. I hope me posting can help others who may be on the fence about it.

1st week update
So 7 days later - loving life! Feel so much better in every way. Found out a lot about my anxieties with the gym. Firstly that I was anxious about being watched - turns out I love it and I'm quite full of myself, and stare at other people a LOT! oops 🙃 Trained hard - too hard! - did myself an injury which put me out of action for a few days and this really bummed me out. But I discovered the importance of rest and recovery, found my appetite and a proper training regime! I just have to remember to train to my current strength and not pretend I am Dwayne Johnson no matter how excited I am 🙏🏿 Although I have gained a whole centimetre of muscle around my thighs! Back at it today! 6 month regime on the go, sunshine and early mornings, blessed and proud ☀️💛
