Today I went to the gym and started doing basic plyometric exercises for my lower body. 🔥 Simple jumps, reaction work, and explosive movements to build a solid foundation. It's nothing advanced yet, but I know that every repetition counts. Step by step, but I'm on the right track. 💪🔥 I'll keep at it consistently.
I give my body what strengthens it, not what weakens it. Food is not indulgence; it is fuel for the battles I must face. What I consume determines my clarity, my endurance, and my strength. I choose nourishment with intention, knowing my body is the vessel of my purpose. Let my food be my medicine, and let my discipline stand guard.
The holidays won't distract me. I have a new commitment and a date set: jiu-jitsu tournament, January 10. I can enjoy myself, yes... but without losing focus. Every decision I make from today onward brings me closer or further away, and I choose to move forward.
Today I train with purpose, discipline, and courage. My mind is strong, my body responds, and my progress is inevitable. Every round, every punch, and every fall makes me stronger. I move forward with focus, humility, and a hunger to improve.
40 miles down so far, feeling good we have a solid team to help me push through as well. This is all about mentally locking in and strategically being efficient. Day 2 complete.. Day 3 loading
