Today I went to the gym and started doing basic plyometric exercises for my lower body. 🔥
Simple jumps, reaction work, and explosive movements to build a solid foundation.
It's nothing advanced yet, but I know that every repetition counts.
Step by step, but I'm on the right track. 💪🔥
