Hi Adam, this week we’ve been finalising setting up our SA company in St. Lucia, completing on the land purchase and beginning to work through designs for 4 one bedroom apartments on the plot. 3 will be SA’s and one will be rented to a local resident. 🤩🤩

This week I made a decision that most people wouldn’t understand… I handed back a property. On paper? ✔ Numbers stacked ✔ Right area ✔ Right guest avatar ✔ Demand was there But here’s the truth… it wasn’t serving me. And that’s the level I’m operating on now. Just because a deal works doesn’t mean it’s aligned. Just because it cashflows doesn’t mean it builds the vision. Instead of holding onto something that was “okay”, I created space for something strategic. 🚀 I’ve officially kickstarted my management company 🏡 Taken on a 3-bed in Staines 📈 Building long-term leverage instead of short-term attachment This isn’t about chasing units. It’s about building structure. Systems. Positioning. Control. Sometimes the win isn’t adding more… It’s refining the direction. Grateful for the mentorship, the room, and the mindset shift. Well done Beverley. Recognising when something isn’t for you anymore is a great skill to have . 🤩 I have recently decided to focus all my efforts on property development in St.Lucia. All that I have learned in the UK and continue to learn is being applied in country where I actually find the journey is fun to do. It’s not all sun, sea, sand and cocktails though. 😂 The effort put in is huge and much needed. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
