Finishing work soon, 77 hours worked as ive been putting in the overtime for some extra pennies (taken my son on his first holiday soon) Cant wait till im in a position to leave this though and be able to put this much energy into my own business!

Did everyone see the Airbnb Booking Fee increase message, they are 'adjusting' from 15% to 15.5% Will you be adjusting your prices or absorbing the percentage?🤔

Yesterday I was on the golf course at Networking golf day when I got this booking come through 14 nights for £2000 ish that property is more than Broke even now and I don’t have to worry about it. Also with 2 weeks to stock up on profit. After speaking to the guest about this inquiry turns out they are working in the area until Christmas and have only been booking accommodation in small chunks as I thought it would be better price wise. We know they are wrong, but people don’t always know about how our business works so this two week booking may turn into a 5 month booking. It’s not rocket science. I recently switched to Uplisting from AdvanceCM (what was tokeet). During the move Uplisting automatically connected my AirBNB long term booking listings / adverts. I am pretty sure these listing should be stand alone as mentioned in the PTB courses and not connected into the channel manager, how is everyone else handling these listing connected or not connected to their channel manager?
