Fire risk assessments
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice. My landlord has asked me to arrange a fire risk assessment for the property and said I can either use NRLA templates or get a third party to complete one. Has anyone else thought about this. Would you complete the assessment yourself using a template, or did you pay a professional fire risk assessor? I’d really appreciate any guidance on what’s required, what the usual process is. Thanks in advance
