We had a long stay guests vacate this weekend during the stay, cleaners had mention on the last clean noticed that the roller blind was broken. They didn't inform us and we though it is so near to when they vacate no point arranging tradesmen in and just wait till they vacate. On friday we noticed that there was another guest that stayed fri, sat and until they left on sunday. Nothing was mentioned or said and i pondered if to address it, but thought they have been great guest will see how the apartment has been left. We we totally SHOCKED!.......... it was literally like they had had a cleaner in before we arrived! the place was left absolutely fantastic! .......... just dishwasher needed emptying! And icing on the cake..................rollerblind was fixed along with the little thing that stops the door from hitting the wall that we haven't gotten round to figuring out how fix it. So really glad didnt jump in fingerwagging and wish there was somewhere of reviewing them for other host, as they came as a direct booking so n platform to leave a review 🫤🤔 But just nice knowing even though most guests are nice, there are some exceptional guests ✨✨✨✨✨

Great start to 2026! Just acquired 2 Management Properties in Swindon and have taken on a lost sole under my wing to help their R2R journey in Liverpool and just had a six week booking for March come in, so great start, lets go 2026......

Property number 5 will be available in about 3-6 weeks, as it is a purchased property. We plan to add another 1-2 properties this month and aim for our target of 10 properties by May or June.
