This week I made a decision that most people wouldn’t understand… I handed back a property. On paper? ✔ Numbers stacked ✔ Right area ✔ Right guest avatar ✔ Demand was there But here’s the truth… it wasn’t serving me. And that’s the level I’m operating on now. Just because a deal works doesn’t mean it’s aligned. Just because it cashflows doesn’t mean it builds the vision. Instead of holding onto something that was “okay”, I created space for something strategic. 🚀 I’ve officially kickstarted my management company 🏡 Taken on a 3-bed in Staines 📈 Building long-term leverage instead of short-term attachment This isn’t about chasing units.
