This weekend while I was a way golfing I got an enquiry for one of our properties on air bnb for 2 months. They message me off the platform 5 mins later. (Using my long term strategy) Then after speaking to the client turns out they want the Proeprty for 4 months Massive win and good profit!!

Not complaining about the payday today got to love it. Long term booking are the way to go!!!
