I haven’t calorie counted either. (I did have some good guidance over the years ☺️) but soooo many people around me have done it & are doing it. When I suggest it may not be the only way to approach weight loss I am Usually met with reactions of disbelief as though I am talking another language!! For me, it’s been about how I look, feel in my clothes & feel in my skin. I am so ready to learn more facts & ideas to help me navigate health & nutrition 🤍
Seasonal Eating Guide
We've been talking alot recently about being teathered to the earth, our natural circadium rythems and how we are biologically hardwired. One cause of body fat accumilation is excess sugar consumtion, (especially in the morning) and insulin resistence. Nature didn't intend for us to eat fruit all year round, but now that we have supermarkets, everything is avaialble to us in abundance. Just because its available, it doesn't mean we should be eating it all year. There is a beautiful qoute that serves as a guide: "The Further We Move Away From Nature, The Sicker We Become". Wow! That’s so fascinating, what a great list. It’s such a reeducation with food! All the messages about diet & what we should be eating from ever since I can remember are way off the mark. That god I had some injections of Sam over the years to set some of those patterns straight! 🤍 Love how much I still have to learn though. Can I ask a question.. I often find I feel hungry. What are ur best recommends for grab and go type food?

Morning Smoothie
This smoothie is packed with nutrients to begin your day! It's adaptable, you can add hemp powder or a high quality protein blend in there too. Frozen Berries are great. I love my nutribullet. I have been having green smoothies for 18 months now. They set me up in body & mind for the day. Can I ask, does the nutritional value change the longer the time before you drink it? Thanks 🙏
It's The Weekend ❤
How do you typically spend your weekends? I was in the garden this morning sipping my coffee in my lounge chair relaxing with a new book. (I found an incredible organic coffee called 'Exhale') One thing I started doing a while ago was bringing my “weekend” mindset into my morning routine during the week. It’s been a game changer. Instead of feeling rushed and behind soon as I wake up, I start my day relaxing, I meditate then sit outside for 10 minutes getting some fresh oxygen, sunlight and peace of mind every day. I then work out for around 30 mins (some days its weights, some days its Yoga) and then I make a nutritious smoothie, take my supplements, head upstairs to freshen up and start my deep work session before any correspondence, emails or social media. - I’ve never been happier in my body, I feel more energized. - Projects I’ve put off for months are getting finished - My mindset is stronger than ever - I’ve never been clearer in the direction I’m going - I feel connected, grounded, calm and motivated Most importantly, I become happier and more fulfilled every day. My biggest realization is that we get to choose how we spend our lives. We get to move things in our schedule that we may have thought were “immovable”. Design your perfect day and start living it today. Put yourself first, maybe for the first time ever, and become who you need to become to give more of yourself to others. Hope this helps! Hey, So happy to be here my love. 🤍 I have started dynamic flow yoga on a Sat am & it’s a blissful start. 1 hr 15 mins of me time heading into a weekend with 2 little ones full of energy 😂☺️. We embraced the afternoon breathing in some fresh air on the beach at Felixstowe with friends. Tomorrow we have a spooky party 👻 & fireworks 🎆! Determined for my weekend not to be overshadowed by day 4 of a bad headache. Most months this 3/4 day friend arrives. Working on using gratitude, grace & affirmations to help get through. I am blessed 😇
