It's The Weekend ❤
How do you typically spend your weekends?
I was in the garden this morning sipping my coffee in my lounge chair relaxing with a new book.
(I found an incredible organic coffee called 'Exhale')
One thing I started doing a while ago was bringing my “weekend” mindset into my morning routine during the week.
It’s been a game changer.
Instead of feeling rushed and behind soon as I wake up, I start my day relaxing, I meditate then sit outside for 10 minutes getting some fresh oxygen, sunlight and peace of mind every day. I then work out for around 30 mins (some days its weights, some days its Yoga) and then I make a nutritious smoothie, take my supplements, head upstairs to freshen up and start my deep work session before any correspondence, emails or social media.
  • I’ve never been happier in my body, I feel more energized.
  • Projects I’ve put off for months are getting finished
  • My mindset is stronger than ever
  • I’ve never been clearer in the direction I’m going
  • I feel connected, grounded, calm and motivated
Most importantly, I become happier and more fulfilled every day.
My biggest realization is that we get to choose how we spend our lives. We get to move things in our schedule that we may have thought were “immovable”. Design your perfect day and start living it today.
Put yourself first, maybe for the first time ever, and become who you need to become to give more of yourself to others.
