In this practice, we: - Spiral the spine with soft Sufi circles to unstick freeze and wake up your shakti - Melt the upper-back armour with cat–cow, side bends, and gentle heart openers - Drop into your hips with squats and bridges to release the “I have to hold it all” tension - Lift the legs and invert gently to support lymph, circulation, and mental clarity - Land in a deeply held savasana to soothe your nervous system and return to centre This is not a “be good at yoga” class. This is a “come home to yourself” class. You’ll be invited to move slowly, breathe deeply, and honour your rhythm — no forcing, no pushing, no keeping up.
