Winter solstice workbook + meditation
https://heyzine.com/flip-book/888c1e8776.html As we arrive at the Winter Solstice — the longest night of the year — I’ve shared a Winter Solstice Workbook and a guided Meditation with you inside the space. The solstice is not a moment to push forward. It’s a pause. A sacred turning inward. A remembering that light is reborn quietly, in the dark. This workbook is an invitation to: - reflect on what this past cycle has asked you to release - honour the wisdom gained through the year - listen for the quieter intentions forming beneath the surface And the meditation is there to help your nervous system soften, settle, and receive — not to strive, not to fix, but to rest in being. There’s no right way to do this.Light a candle, wrap yourself in warmth, move slowly.Let this be devotional rather than productive. I’m so grateful to walk this seasonal threshold with you.May this turning point bring you back into rhythm, gentleness, and truth. With love,Amrita 🕯️

Sacred Vitality Collective Check-In
Let’s talk cravings — those whispers (or sometimes shouts) from the body that can feel confusing, frustrating, or even shameful. In Ayurveda, cravings are never random. They are your body, mind, and soul asking for something deeper. 👉 Sometimes, it’s your dosha out of balance. - Vata craves sweet and oily foods when the nervous system is frazzled, needing grounding. - Pitta craves cold or sweet when the inner fire burns too hot, needing soothing. - Kapha craves heavy or sugary foods when stuck in stagnation, needing movement and lightness. 👉 Sometimes, cravings are really messages for nourishment. - A craving for sweets might mean your body is asking for comfort, love, or stability. - A craving for salty or crunchy foods might be a call for stimulation or grounding. - A craving for coffee or chocolate might mean you’re reaching for quick energy instead of sustainable vitality. 💡 Here’s the medicine: Ayurveda teaches us not to shame our cravings but to listen and redirect them. - Instead of sugar, try dates, honey, coconut or dried fruit that has been soaked. - Instead of chips, create roasted seeds with spices. Or my healthy cornflake snack. - Instead of caffeine, warm spiced teas that support digestion and focus. 🌱 Reflection for you this week: What are you craving most often right now? And if you pause, close your eyes, and listen — what is your body really asking for beneath the craving? Is it rest, relaxation or a gentle hug? Share below, sisters. Let’s decode our cravings together.
