Week 1 of 10 | Sacred Habits Activation Challenge
My loves, Whether you've been here for months or you've just arrived, I want to welcome you. Every woman who joins this community arrives with her own story. Some arrive feeling exhausted, others come here navigating hormonal changes, digestive issues, spiritual or emotional burnout, or nervous system overwhelm. Some simply know there is more available for them and are ready to stop doing it alone. Whatever brought you here, I'm genuinely so glad you've found your way into this collective. Over the next 10 weeks, you'll be guided through our Sacred Habits of Self-Healing journey. This experience weaves together Ayurvedic wisdom, Yogic philosophy, nervous system healing, and behavioural science to help you align your thoughts, behaviours, and daily actions with the woman you are becoming. A new lesson will unlock each week. Kitchen Sadhana For Summer
Overheating this summer? Two things from your kitchen that cool Pitta fast 🌿 A little gift for our whole community… I don’t usually share our monthly Kitchen Sādhana classes outside the membership, but this month I felt called to. My hope is that it gives you a glimpse of what we create together inside the Sacred Vitality Collective each month. Every month we gather live in the kitchen to cook seasonal Ayurvedic recipes, learn how to meal plan with nature’s rhythms, and explore how food becomes medicine when we understand when and how to eat it. This month’s class is all about cooling, Pitta-pacifying recipes to help you feel lighter, calmer, and more balanced through the heat of summer. 🥵 Feeling hot, overwhelmed, or mentally "on" all the time?
Here's a simple cooling breath practice you can return to whenever you notice excess heat building—whether that's in your body, your emotions, or your mind. In Ayurveda, summer naturally increases Pitta dosha, which can leave us feeling more irritable, inflamed, impatient, or restless. One of the quickest ways to soothe that inner fire is through the breath. Take a few moments to practise along with the video and notice how you feel afterwards.
