I’ve just uploaded a new practice for you inside Sacred Vitality:Power of Presence Yoga – a feminine freedom flow It’s a 20-minute, all-levels beach class with the sound of the waves behind me, created especially for the season when your system feels rushed, overstimulated, or a little shut down… but you don’t have the capacity for anything harsh or performative. In this practice, we: - Spiral the spine with soft Sufi circles to unstick freeze and wake up your shakti - Melt the upper-back armour with cat–cow, side bends, and gentle heart openers - Drop into your hips with squats and bridges to release the “I have to hold it all” tension - Lift the legs and invert gently to support lymph, circulation, and mental clarity - Land in a deeply held savasana to soothe your nervous system and return to centre This is not a “be good at yoga” class. This is a “come home to yourself” class. You’ll be invited to move slowly, breathe deeply, and honour your rhythm — no forcing, no pushing, no keeping up. Just you, your mat, the sea, and the remembrance that: Your presence is your power. Your softness is not a weakness — it’s your freedom. When you’re ready, roll out your mat, meet me on the beach, and let this practice be your reset button. My sacred loves, A little update for our temple space… Until I’m able to anchor a steady location for our live yoga sessions, I’ll be recording and sharing our practices with you instead. Somewhere special in nature 🌿🙏🏽 I know how much we cherish gathering in real time — the breath we share, the collective regulation, the way our nervous systems settle just by knowing we’re practicing together. And I promise, the moment I have a grounded, quiet, beautiful spot for us to meet live again, you’ll be the first to know. For now, consider these recorded sessions a love offering… a way to keep your body fluid, your mind spacious, and your prana flowing as we move through this season together. Thirty minutes of forward-fold surrender: soft compressions, long exhales, zero strain. We breathe with the tide, bow the heart to connect with the earth, wrap the belly in warm yellow light, and let the nervous system exhale. Intention: “I bow, I soften, I digest.” Bring: a bolster, and essential oil—if you love ritual.
