Alignment instead of ambition
I know life is full… and you may be busy. But if you’ve been doing all the hacks — and they’re still not landing — it´s your hack, not your routine. Sometimes that restless feeling isn’t failure… It’s your nervous system asking for something deeper. Less dopamine chasing. More dharma-based healing — spacious, relational, rooted in connection with your body. If you’re ready to build ojas (vitality), tend your prana (life-force), and rekindle that inner radiance of tejas — this video is for you. And if coming home to yourself has felt difficult lately… let this be a gentle doorway back to steadiness and ease. Watch here 🌹

@Marta Tavares I’m so glad it met you where you are 🤍When something resonates like that, it’s often your inner wisdom already guiding you back toward alignment. Be gentle with yourself in this season — there’s nothing to fix, only to listen and respond to what your body is asking for. I’d love to hear what part spoke to you most 🌹
Daily Dosha + Digestion Check-In
Begin each morning by checking in with your body’s signals. Before you check your phone…Before you plan, push, or perform…Take one quiet minute to listen to your body. Morning Body Signals Answer honestly — place your hand on your heart and on your chest if it helps you to connect inward. 1. Elimination - Did I have a bowel movement this morning? - Was it easy, complete, and unforced? 2. Hunger - Is there real hunger before eating? - Or am I eating from habit, time, or emotion? 3. Sleep - Did I fall asleep easily? - Did I feel restored on waking? Dosha Snapshot (choose what feels most true today) - Vata: light, wired, scattered, dry, irregular - Pitta: sharp, driven, warm, intense, impatient - Kapha: heavy, slow, foggy, resistant, dull (Remember: this is your current state, and may not be the same as your prakruiti or dosha- your natural state of balance you are.) Gentle Course-Correction Ask one simple question: What would support my digestion and nervous system today? (watch the Sacred Habits of Healing for more info) Examples: - Drink warm water instead of cold water first thing in the morning and throughout the day. - Simplicity instead of stimulation before bed will help improve sleep. - Movement, rather than stagnation, will reduce restlessness and anxiety. - Have I taken time to rest after eating instead of forcing myself to work? Choose one small adjustment. That’s enough. These simple observations tell you whether your system is regulated—and where gentle course correction may be needed.

☽ The Power & Safety of Being Seen
After working with many women over the years I’ve noticed that when we address one thing another thing also is able to be remedied and one of the things that I found women struggle with the most is the struggle of being seen and feeling safe. I’ve put some affirmations to help you to show up here. There are choose the ones that resonate with you the most write them down on some paper and pin them on your mirror so when you brush your teeth in the morning, you can read them and let me know how you get on with this practice for the next week. Remember this is a safe space for you to practice showing up for yourself in small ways that lead to bigger heroic ways. 🌹 Affirmations for Authentic Expression, Connection & Self-Trust These affirmations are not about forcing confidence. They are about teaching the body that it is safe to be real. 🌀 Safety & Belonging - It is safe for me to exist exactly as I am. - I belong here without needing to perform or prove myself. - My presence is enough. - I am allowed to take up space in my own life. - I no longer need to shrink to stay connected. 🌀 Being Seen Without Fear - It is safe for me to be seen in my truth. - I can be visible without being judged or harmed. - I do not need to hide parts of myself to be loved. - Being seen does not threaten my safety — it strengthens my connection. - I release the belief that visibility equals danger. 🌀 Authentic Voice & Expression - My voice matters, even when it trembles. - I trust myself to speak honestly and kindly. - I am allowed to express my thoughts, needs, and boundaries. - I no longer silence myself to keep the peace. - My truth deserves space and respect. 🌀 Releasing People-Pleasing & Approval Seeking - I am not responsible for managing other people’s emotions. - I release the need to earn love through compliance. - I do not need permission to be myself. - I step out of empty boxes of approval. - My worth does not depend on being chosen or validated.

@Starre Tearney Keep shining Starre. Always, gorgeous 🙏🏼 And honestly… most women don’t need more ‘tips’ — they need permission to live in fullness. Do you agree, which part of these tips resonated with you most?
