Starting before unlocking kickstart
Hi, I haven’t unlocked the Kickstart challenge yet, but I am still trying to follow it by reading everyone’s messages and understanding how to begin. I’ve started with a few things that I can do before the Kickstart level is unlocked. This morning, before breakfast, I drank one glass of lukewarm water with a squeeze of lemon. For breakfast, I had a one-egg omelette with one slice of brown bread.

Hi everyone! My name is Komal Naz. I’m a teacher, working from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, and I also give evening tuition for about 2 hours. I’m 25 years old, 5’2” tall, and my current weight is 72 kg. I’m from Attock, Pakistan, and I live with my family. I have high blood pressure and PCOS. My goal is to lose weight, feel fit, and stay active. My biggest struggle is being consistent, but I’m ready to work on it 💪
