Sorry for not posting regularly since my last update. I honestly lost track because I’ve been very busy with continuous gatherings and hosting Kunde Niyaz and Rajab Niyaz. On top of that, my 11-month-old is turning one this month, so things have been super hectic lately. I am trying to take care of my diet, though not perfectly. Every morning, I start my day with lukewarm water and a squeeze of lemon. After that, I have a two-egg omelette with two slices of multigrain bread. I also complete 1 liter of water in the morning. For lunch, it depends on the day — sometimes I have leftovers, and sometimes I end up skipping lunch because I don’t get time. However, I make sure I don’t skip my protein. At night, I usually have dinner like karahi or nihari, while still balancing my protein and carbs. I’ll start posting regularly again after Monday, InshaAllah 🤍
