Anxiety lately has been through the rough, all started a few weeks ok when I was travelling..light headed feeling dizzy felt like I was having a heart attack.. no joke scary times... This field my anxiety going into overdrive... Am learning that you have to just let it be if you fight it makes it worse.. if anyone else has been here is here hey. Or if anyone has a story please share ๐Ÿ˜

@Arthur Maddocks-Brown hey man am doing alot better now, working on my inner child with my CBT therapist. I think there's alot of trauma there. Massive win for me is I haven't used Dr Google or socials to look for symptoms or cures โ™ฅ๏ธ

So recently I accepted a promotion, after weeks of deciding if I wanted to go back into saas leadership or not... It was a hard decision for me because previously when I've been in this position it was during my worst health crisis and I still have PTSD I'm working through. It's a job I love but it's a lot of responsibility, and it causes a lot of anxiety... Can I do this and launch my own business? Am I even able to take this company to the next level? blah blah blah, negative thought after negative thought. ๐Ÿ’” So I wanted to put a challenge in place for myself and you. Let's start catching on those limiting beliefs! For the next 24 hours, pay close attention to any negative or doubtful thoughts you have about yourself. Every time you notice one, write it down in a note on your phone or in a journal. ๐Ÿ‘‰ At the end of the day, review your list and ask yourself: - Is this thought 100% true, or is it just a fear? - If my best friend had this thought, what would I tell them? ๐Ÿ’ฌ Share: Drop one belief you caught in the comments and how you would reframe it into something empowering! ๐Ÿ’ก

I've been have some real bad anxiety recently So yes I need this. It's just anxiety all these things am feeling "accept nothing is happening" these feelings are in the body not the mind
