This is a small thing that's kind of a big thing. This morning after the live class, I was putting on socks (it's a frigid 45 degrees in Sacramento lol), and I just bent over and put my socks on. For a really long time (years) I have to lift up my leg by grabbing my pant leg, and lifting it up, then am able to put on a sock while sitting. Today I'm able to bend over and put the sock on without thinking about it. I just wanted to say thanks.

@Joshua Harris Thanks Joshua. It reminds me of yoga where you’re working and working on a posture and suddenly your body just goes there on its own.

@Joshua Harris I’m having better luck with Qi Gong and am learning Tai Chi as it’s new to me. With Yoga, I hear what the teacher says and my body responds to it because I know the movements. My mind doesn’t get in the way. I’m not there yet with Tai Chi just because it’s new. I feel with practice it will be similar.

Question on what to do next
Good morning, New and working on the 7 day challenge (Day 3). Is there any order you recommend to take the course series? I plan to complete the 7 days plus bonus, attend the live classes as much as work permits, and make sure I get in the daily that's in the classroom. What do you recommend, if any, the order for the other lessons/series? Thank you so much.

@Kirby Mannon thanks for the guidance. One of the most helpful things so far for me is to move as if you’re in water. I love this and it’s helped me to relax and embody the movements. Thanks.

I love the visual of the swimming dragon in air. It reminds me of the Chinese New Year celebrations in San Francisco and the floating dragons in the parade. Thank you.
