Day 4
I completed Day 4 today and the new vivobarefoot shoes are wonderful - so much so kept them on for a while afterwards.🤗 I love how Sonny explains everything so clearly. Looking forward to tomorrow’s session.

Oooh! Glad to hear your feet are liking them! Treat your feet like any other body part you’re training…as they get stronger be sure to give them some TLC as well. 😌
Merch Update
Great news, guys. Our official Rooted Alchemy merch came in way sooner than expected. We ordered from an overseas vendor and it originally said it wouldn’t arrive until May… but it actually showed up on our porch the other day. So if you were part of the challenge we hosted at the beginning of the year, we’re getting ready to ship your merch out soon. Appreciate you all for being a part of that and showing up. We’re also planning to open up a merch shop in the near future so everyone will have a chance to grab some pieces. Still putting that together, but it’s coming. And on top of that, we’re working on the next challenge right now. More structure, more intention, and more giveaways involved. Stay tuned.

Here’s the March Daily Chi Accountability Thread. This is a supportive space to show up for your practice, build consistency, and move together as a community. Whether you joined a live session, practiced along with YouTube inside the community, or completed a self-paced course, it all counts. What matters most is that you showed up. This thread will stay pinned for daily check-ins, connection, and encouragement. ✅ How to Check In Each Day After you finish your practice, post a short check-in using these four steps: 1️⃣ Intention What did you want to focus on or cultivate today? 2️⃣ Practice What practice did you do today? Live session, YouTube, or self-paced are all welcome. 3️⃣ After How do you feel after completing your practice? One short sentence is perfect. 4️⃣ Visual Share a photo or short video of your practice, your screen, or your setup. ✨ Sample Check-In Intention: To slow down and reconnect with my breath Practice: Live Session 12-21-2025 After: Feeling grounded, calm, and present Photo or video attached There’s no right or wrong way to participate here. @Fernando Cantu I just want to express the significance of this...this is exactly the process. What do we do to healthily maintain our own energy levels over longer periods of time and do I have a process to guide me. Nice!

I got shoes!
Thanks for the help on suitable shoes. I got a pair of Vivobarefoot shoes on Amazon UK. I usually have trouble getting shoes to fit my UK size 3/3.5 but these are just fine. Can’t wait to try them out.
