Do You Have a Gratitude Diary You Fill In Every Morning?
There’s something magical about starting your day with intention. A gratitude diary isn’t about perfection, it’s about presence. Even if you only write one word, you’re telling your brain, “I choose to see the good.”And the more you practise it, the more good you’ll find. Do you have a morning gratitude ritual — or one you’d love to start?

@Catherine Habasque as I am a diary person, how would you keep track of things to stay on target?

I focused on growing my community… then this happened 👀
As a YouTube growth strategist who teaches the power of community, I decided to put my own advice to the test. When I launched a 90-Day Challenge alongside my members, I had two clear choices: Option 1: Focus on growing my YouTube channel Option 2: Focus on growing my community I chose Option 2 — and here’s what happened between September 1 and October 10: 📈 My community grew from 38 to 85 members 🎥 My YouTube channel grew by 59 subscribers All because I focused on community first. Here’s why it worked: By showing up consistently inside my Skool community, I created YouTube content that served my members’ real questions and needs. That content naturally attracted more of the right viewers — people who weren’t just watching, but joining the community too. Focusing on my community has made every single YouTube view count. I’m attracting aligned viewers, building stronger connections, and learning exactly what my members want and need. Community growth = channel growth. Every time. 💪 By way, if you'd like learn more about establishing systems for growing your community and channel → Join Here

Are you utilizing the map functionality?
The map feature in our communities is a great way to see where everyone is based. Even though it's not always an accurate or reliable representation of where someone is based, the map could help with easily finding people in the community close to you where you are at, or to simply have an idea where everyone is from. But wouldn't it be great to make much better use of a feature like the map? In the CLUES community we are experimenting with using the map to showcase the communities of our members outside of the community (see attached image), but also as part of the community culture. For example, we are considering to create different maps (or layers) zooming in on specific aspects (e.g. cultural differences among the members), themes or projects the members have in common, anything really! If you want to participate in this exciting project, feel free to reach out or to join the CLUES community. Have you thought of alternative or additional ways to make use of the map? I am curious to find out!

I forget about the map most of the time.

@Ruben Plasmeijer I'm not sure as there aren't many people from Australia in each of the groups, so connecting just wouldn't work for us.
What time do you have avaiable to watch livestreams?
If you have a community here, and think about doing a livestream, you problably strugle with finding the best time for people to join. In my case, I have 2 times avaiable to do my livestreams, and would like to know in a bigger community, witch of these would work better: 3 PM or 11 AM UTC 🕒 Convert to your local time here: https://time.is/UTC

Get that Blood Flowing at Work
With life being more automated, and convenience being commonplace with DoorDash and Uber Eats, it becomes easy to forget that body can become stiff from lack of movement. So, if you are continuously in one position most of your work day, like doing desk work for example, get up and stretch your muscles every 45 to 60 minutes. You can also do some push-ups, or squats, or lunges, to get the blood flowing and the muscles activated. Who knows, maybe some of those movements can help get some ideas going while at work.

Good advice, also put on an alarm so you don't forget to stop and get up.
