Day 9: Expanding Energy | October Challenge
Today’s session is about lifting your energy from the inside out. With a positive attitude and light, intentional movement, we expand our energy and elevate our mood. Even a few minutes of focused movement can open the body, clear the mind, and raise your vibration for the day ahead.

Rainy day here but I am protected by a fir tree dancing in the wind. The mountain peaks are playing hide and seek with the thick grey clouds, a lonely hawk is passing high, no sounds except heavy drops on the grass, my feet on the old needles mat, my white breath. The day will be perfect. This is my wish for everyone of earth. Thank you, Drew, for those always new movements.
Day 3: Energise Your Brain I October Challenge
Today’s session comes from the beautiful Arkadia Bookshop in Helsinki, Finland. This gentle 10-minute Qigong-inspired workout is focused on brain health, longevity, and energy. Wonderful !very cold outside and so warm inside. Those martial movements are great and the new one is perfect. Energy, joy, flexibility In mind and body. Mountains, wind, wet feet because of the frosted grass, how much I love to live those transient moments like they were eternal. A bright and happy day to all.
Day 28: Celebrate Movement
Today we celebrate 28 days of showing up for ourselves. From Qigong to functional fitness, yoga to focused attention, each session has been a step toward strength, energy, and joy in movement.
