Day 11: Centered Strength | October Challenge
Today’s session focuses on building core stability, the foundation for good posture, balance, and confident movement. When your center is strong, every movement becomes more powerful and controlled. Move slowly, stay grounded, and feel your strength from within.

@Drew Hopper that was a really nice flow today, thank you!! I share your love for trees, too. I moved last year and genuinely find myself missing a few favorite tree friends more than human friends. And not just because I can't text or call them. It will be time for a visit soon.

@Drew Hopper I love Michael Singer, but my view is a little bit different... and YOU are actually an amazing model for it. I say, "it's not about staying centered, but getting back to center quickly." Life will inevitably throw curveballs or randomly floating docks... so we build the skills to make sure we know how to get back to center quickly. 😊
Day 10: Energy Rising | October Challenge
Today’s session is all about light-hearted movement and joy in motion. We’ll explore beautiful spots around Helsinki while building energy through gentle, uplifting cardio. Move with ease, smile as you go, and let your energy rise with every step.

Oh my goodness, that suddenly floating dock!! You are a trooper. 😂 Love the dog park island, too. ✨ Finland is going on my bucket list.
Day 8: Move Without Fear | October Challenge
Today’s session is about freedom, moving your body anywhere, without worrying about who’s watching. Let go of judgment and move with confidence and curiosity. Move boldly. Move freely. Move without fear.

Beautiful session, thank you @Drew Hopper! I loved the new moving focus. If I'm honest, I was often choosing to keep moving for that focus part anyway. It's nice of you to offer both, and perhaps people can get into the rhythm of doing what feels best for them on any given day. 😊
Day 6: Daily Discipline | October Challenge
Discipline means showing up even on the days we don’t feel like it. When movement becomes a daily habit, it frees us from stiffness and pain, helping us move with strength and ease. After your session, share one benefit you’ve noticed from staying consistent.

Discipline is an interesting concept for me. People in my life say that I'm the most disciplined person they ever met, and yet I somehow got to a place where it doesn't feel like I have to discipline myself... This may be due to the cumulative effect of years of mental tricks and choosing better feeling thoughts. 😂 For example, if a part of self said, "oh man I don't feel like doing ______" (working out, flossing teeth, etc) I would respond to the voice and say, "of course I feel like it, because I love _____" (being healthy, having good teeth, etc) After years of that approach, the resistant parts just stopped. And if they were ever to return, I would approach them with curiosity instead of trying to overpower them. ✨
I'm sick again...
So I will not exercise for a couple of days, but after that, I'm coming back again! This is your sign to rest, if you aren't feeling good, take care!

@Drew Hopper It's funny, I had the exact opposite experience. I want to share for others in the community who may benefit from a different view. I was strictly vegan for 11 years (from ages 19-30) and those were the years that I got an average of 3 colds per year and simply wasn't healing from acro yoga related injuries. I was the healthy kind of vegan, too... no junk food, made sure I got plenty of B12 and healthy fats, etc. I still avoid all cow products (including dairy) like the plague, and never touched pork... but found that my biochemistry does need roughly 2-3 ounces of animal protein a few times per week. For me, the culprits affecting my health and immunity were wheat and soy. Since I excluded those things, I've literally had only two colds in the past 10 years, never got COVID, etc. Granted, I'm not in an environment with small children, but have had plenty of other exposure. I also think the biggest factor impacting immunity is emotional STRESS. All of the supplements and dietary perfection in the world won't stand up against constant stress. On the same note, being aligned with Source and acting in alignment with your beliefs creates more resiliency no matter what is being eaten. It's really a question of beliefs about food, not so much about food. I hope everyone finds what's right for them and chooses it. 🙂 And @Veronika Hájková I hope you feel better!! ✨
