( Just a joke, it was a good workout 😂 ) Me : 🤔 Last workout was challenging, I hope that today's session will be gentle... Drew : 👹 102 Sit-to-Stand challenge 👹 Anyways, I expected it way harder, I was kinda amazed that I actually did it without feeling really sore, it was definitelly easier than yesterday "slight sweat" ( it was not slight, if you're wondering 🤣 ).

Kinda intensive one today, but I like it👍. I prepared the chair, but I didn't use it, I pushed myself and did it all standing 😁.
