Oh, this one was challenging 🥵! I didn't do the push-ups, because I do them daily outside these sessions 🤗.
Day 25: Build the Energy
Today is a gentle, Qigong-inspired session. With light, focused movement, we can build energy that flows through the whole body. Simple, mindful movement has the power to lift your mood, clear your mind, and leave you feeling refreshed. After your session, share one way you feel more energized today.

Day 24: Focus on How You’ll Feel
The beginning can be the hardest part. Instead of focusing on how tough it feels to start, bring your attention to the middle and the end of the session. That is where your mood lifts, your energy grows, and you feel good about showing up. Keep showing up for yourself. Notice how you feel when you finish, and let that feeling carry you into the next day. After your session, share how your mood shifted from start to finish.
