This is definitelly my favourite session so far, i really like the movements in this one, also the background was lovely as always, it was challenging at some points and I was sweating too, but that's the things, that help me improve my mood at the end of the video, thanks a lot, can't wait to exercise with you again tomorrow 😁

Even three minutes of movement can do wonders for your health. No matter where you are starting from, just begin. Thanks for this video, it wasn't too hard, but wasn't that easy either, just right for me, plus i have better mood after finishing this one, more specificly, after every workout 😁

Finally healthy, so happy, that I can exercise with you again. It was great empowering workout, thanks for it! The arm shake was really tough for me, i had the same reaction as my mom : " It almost killed me! ". But althought I had a feeling, that my arms are going to fall off, I pushed through the entire session without taking a break , no idea how I manage it, but I somehow did 😂
