Madras Chicken Curry Delight… Cathy style
Sauerkraut… never tried before… but smelt the stuff in a can and went ‘yuk’… Shopping on weekend and searched for sauerkraut not in a can.. couldn’t find fresh but was directed to it in a jar… Must admit… this didn’t smell that bad… so my meal tonight and lunch tomorrow is my version of Madras Curry Chicken Delight with Sauerkraut • Energy: ~2800 kJ per serve. Ingredients: • Chicken breast – 120g (cubed) • Onion – ¼ (diced) • Tomato – ½ (chopped) • Cooked spinach – ½ cup • Sauerkraut – ¼ cup • Madras curry spice blend – 1 tsp (or mix turmeric, ginger, cumin, coriander) • Sea salt & pepper – to taste Method: 1. Heat coconut oil in pan, sauté onion and tomato (~3 mins). 2. Add chicken and curry spices, cook until browned (~8 mins). 3. Stir in spinach and sauerkraut, cook for another 2 mins. Additional: - I added mini capsicums ( bell peppers) in orange and yellow colour at the same time as onions - Just before serving I stirred in 2 tablespoons of yogurt to provide a slightly thick & creamy sauce.. Also prepared breakfast for tomorrow morning: Yoghurt with Chia, Flaxseed & Cacao Nibs • Energy: ~1600 kJ per serve Ingredients: • Unsweetened plant-based yoghurt – ½ cup • Chia seeds – 1 tbsp • Ground flaxseed – 1 tsp • Cacao nibs – 1 ts • Strawberries – ¼ cup (sliced) Method: Mix all ingredients and chill the night before or for a minimum 10–15 mins before serving.

Hello everyone, I am looking for some opinions on creatine. I read good things about it from different sources and I wonder if you have tried it and it helped you not only around building muscles but also to support cognitive functions as you grow older. I would really appreciate some feedback as I can’t seem to make up my mind: should I give it a go or not? Any side effects? Any particular ones you found to be good quality? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Steamed sea bass, with thai chilli, lime juice, fish sauce, coconut sugar, corriander and garlic. Bok choi, is in a sauce, made with cornflour, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, Chinese cooking wine, sesame oil, water and white pepper. Again it's light, very delicious and filling 😋

Day 10
Day 10 - 3.2kg/7lbs down ! Literally completely blown away by this result ! I thought after 3 kids in 2 years my body was just broken and I just couldn't lose weight , who knew all it needed was an amazing coach and some determination and commitment! I feel way way more energised and totally enjoying this new way of eating ! Thank You everyone in this community for all your support and thank you @Mark Bryce for the opportunity to join this . It's given me hope and inspiration that I can do this and excited to see where the full 30 days takes me ! Thank You once again everyone, I'll be off to see if coffee still tastes as good as it did 10 days ago 😅😘

I am back
Sorry I was not on top of my game over the last week. I was feeling very unwell with the flu. I guess this is real life. It's about how we continue to move forward and embrace the moments that matter. I really struggled with the food and exercise. I feel like it is a huge backwards step. Back to it this week, building things up and getting in to a routine. I plan to redo the Clean10 reset. I have my electrolytes and have ordered the greens ✅. Looking forward to getting back to it!
