A massive thank you... and a quick question.
Alright team, First off, a massive thank you to all 473 of you who have made the Fat Loss Fast Start group what it is. It's been brilliant seeing the wins, the questions, and the lightbulbs going off. As you know, we're closing the doors on this free group at the end of the month. Before we do, I need to ask a quick favour... I'd genuinely love to know: What was your single biggest takeaway or 'win' from your time in here? (Whether it's a new habit, a mindset shift, or something you finally understood). Drop it in the comments below, I'm really keen to read them.

@Mark Bryce firstly THANK YOU for all you have done for the community, for free ! I cannot thank you enough for all your wisdom and knowledge ! For me the biggest takeaway has been how easy it actually is to eat clean ! I had put it out of reach for so long but although I'm not seeing the huge losses I was when I first joined I am still slowly chipping away at it which to me is the biggest win because as you well know I was such an emotional eater almost addicted to comfort food ! We've had loads going on here recently and I've had tradesmen in the house most days yet I still haven't caved , the kids have had 2/3 McDonald's in the last month cuz we've been pushed out the kitchen and I've not once ordered stuff for me ... So that to me is the biggest win you've changed my mentality which was something I thought noone could do ! Thank You from the bottom of my heart you are amazing 🤩

With the fact we are soon going to be saying goodbye to this community I thought I'd create a visual of how much has gone and how much left to go so I can keep chipping away at it and reminding myself how much work I've already done sot ! 35th day Tea time
Well, here i am on day 35 of my new lifestyle habit. I genuinely didn't think I'd be here after 7 days, never mind over 30 days. Tonight's meal is just the remaining lamb from Sunday's lunch, with mashed Squash, served with our Feja both broth gravy. Again absolutely delicious and filling. I'm eating smaller portions, but still feel absolutely full. I'm eating ever so more healthily, with plenty of energy, which gives me more time to do my exercises. I'm really pleased I started this course, and a major thanks to Mark Bryce's encouragement. 🙏🙏👏👏

60 days… 10.1 kg… 6cm
Commenced this journey weighing 126.3 kg and measured 121cm around the waist… At day 60 …. Weight: 116.1kg and waist: 115cm Loving my rekindled interest in cooking and my healthy lifestyle…. To continue my progress I have signed up to the challenger program at my local gym….their outlook is similar to Marks…over 6 weeks they will cover the following: 1. Habits beat Motivation 2. Embrace Imperfection 3. Systemise your nutrition 4. Systemise your training 5. Deliberate Practice 6. Seek Discomfort There is between 3 & 4 gym sessions a week which includes Strength training; breath-work; HIT; mobility; bootcamps as well as ice-bath & sauna time… They provide an online community, accountability quizzes as well as face to face workshops covering the above. @Mark Bryce you provided me with the most brilliant of starts to the beginning of the rest of my life…. you provided for free a well structured, highly informative and very effective healthy lifestyle program that works amazingly well….for this I will be forever grateful… When, at the end of the year our lovely community will be no more… I know that I will really miss these beautiful people who have become part of my journey , who’ve provided support, camaraderie and inspiration…. But…. we still have a little way to go before that happens… so for tonight I thought I’d provide a photo of my simple egg & chicken patty slides with spinach, tomato, and mustard..
