Good morning everyone, I live in Edinburgh, but born and bred in Oxford. I do stay pretty fit but perhaps need help to further my levels of fitness and eating. Just back from 2 weeks in Crete, while there found out I'm being made redundant. Not good at 60 - this will play on my mental health badly. I embarked on a health kick this year and have lost 5kgs due to the state of my mental health. So I'm scared for the future in so many ways. I do have abs...but winter is coming and i don't want to fall down the Mince pie & chocolates holes i did last year!!!!

Electrolytes?.
Can I take electrolytes while on the first 10 days ? I always take one when I go for my walk every day and it's the only thing that stops giving me a headache afterwards... Is this a no no ?

Fish ?
Where is the most cost effective place to get the fish from in the first 10 days ? Live in St Austell so right on the coast but fresh fish here is expensive although it tastes amazing. Has anyone found good supermarket stuff fresh or frozen ? We've got ASDA, Tesco, Aldi and LIDL no Morrisons or Sainsbury's for half an hour

Day 2 - Clean10 Reset
Hi All, hope everyone is having a lovely weekend! I’ve just started the 10 day clean and feeling better already! A few weeks ago I tried to start the 30 day challenge but struggled massively! Stress played a part! I had a lovely chat with Mark this week and he really unpacked why I want to do this for myself and my family! So I went shopping Friday and Saturday Morning and really planned well to enable me to start this challenge and get out of the traps well! It was the first day yesterday, and I have to be honest, I feel so much more alive! I have more energy I feel lighter on my feet I’m more present today than I was yesterday An added bonus I’m down 1.5 lbs in a day and all from just eating better! Don’t give up guys and remember your Why’s! Have a blessed week! Ibby
