New discovery eye opener
Having been away on a birthday break in a little cottage, in the north Yorkshire countryside, came across a little farm shop and bought some produce. One was some "cold pressed Rapeseed oil. What a revelation!! Reading the label, its a great product, with Omega 3 amongst its many benefits, has a quicker heating point, and can also be used as a cold dressing as well. Started to use this instead of olive oil. Great discovery for us.

Alright team, First off, a massive thank you to all 473 of you who have made the Fat Loss Fast Start group what it is. It's been brilliant seeing the wins, the questions, and the lightbulbs going off. As you know, we're closing the doors on this free group at the end of the month. Before we do, I need to ask a quick favour... I'd genuinely love to know: What was your single biggest takeaway or 'win' from your time in here? @Mark Bryce A massive thanks to you for setting me in on a "lifestyle change " habit , which is now my new eating and exercise regime. My single takeaway from this is. "I'd wish I'd started on this path sooner". Many thanks Mark 🙏🙏

I'm just adding another very simple meal, that fits in with our healthy "lifestyle change " habits, before the site closes, to give you another meal option. Home made lamb mince pattie with garlic, coriander and cumin, small amount of salt and pepper to enhance flavours. Served with some roasted vegetables of, red onions, peppers, squash and courgettes. Hope you'll like it. Again light, refreshing, delicious and filling 😋.

Garlic shrimps with Zucchini Noodles
Thought I'd post this before the site closes. What a lovely twist to noodles. 12 x large shrimps, 2 x cloves of garlic(crushed), 2 x tbsp olive oil, red chilli flakes. 1/2 tin of chopped tomatoes Zucchini are courgettes, which were spiralized. Chopped parsley added as a garnish. You can add extra chilli's for extra heat if you wish. I've requested this meal again. Lovely, light, refreshing and very filling. Since starting this "lifestyle change" I've never eaten such enjoyable meals and not feel bloated. Think I'll name this as my go to meal, as its very close to my Thai roots, food wise.
