I'm just adding another very simple meal, that fits in with our healthy "lifestyle change " habits, before the site closes, to give you another meal option.
Home made lamb mince pattie with garlic, coriander and cumin, small amount of salt and pepper to enhance flavours.
Served with some roasted vegetables of, red onions, peppers, squash and courgettes.
Hope you'll like it.
