A simple walk is so transformative for your mind & brain! πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸ§  Oxygen, movement, and being in touch with nature helps to reduce stress hormones, elevate mood, and improve cognitive function. Just a few minutes outside can make a big difference! πŸŒΏβ˜€οΈ Walking anytime is great, but getting morning light is so benificial for setting our circadium rhythm. Who's making the effort to get outside and walk daily? πŸ‘‡

If you like bluberry muffins with the crumbly streusel topping, here's a little nostalgia for you - with none of the heartache! The streusel topping works with any sweetener, but xylitol works the best, as it creates the sturdiest and most crumbly end result. Honestly, one of my best creations yet! My entire family LOVED this. I've made a loaf and also muffins with the same recipe, your choice. Muffins take less time in the oven. Enjoy! @Sam Saint motivation to move πŸ˜‚ no I would like to either walk everyday or do a workout, as I know it will make me feel better! Just feel so tired at the moment!
